S.O. (E) :In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development & Regulations) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002.
In ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items(1997-2002, incorporating amendments made upto 31st August 1998) at Schedule 2 table B , the entry against ITC code no. 0703 shall be amended as under:
