In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies modification of SION A-1442, in respect of the export product “Ortho Tertiary Butyl Cyclohexyl Acetate and or Ortho Tertiary Butyl Cyclohexyl Acetate Super” as under:

2. Effect of Public Notice:-
SION A-1442 has been revised to add (i) two new inputs and (ii) reduce the quantity of two existing inputs. The name of the export product has been widened from “Ortho Tertiary Butyl Cyclohexyl Acetate” to “Ortho Tertiary Butyl Cyclohexyl Acetate and or Ortho Tertiary Butyl Cyclohexyl Acetate Super”.
