Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Notification No. 57/2024-25 dated 6th February 2025, extending the export timeline for Broken Rice (ITC(HS) 10064000) to Senegal. This extension applies to exports through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) as outlined in previous notifications: Notification No. 46 (30th November 2023), Notification No. 15/2024-25 (5th June 2024), and Notification No. 42/2024-25 (5th December 2024). The revised deadline for completing these exports is now 28th February 2025, granting an additional month for execution. The directive is issued under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 provisions.

Subject: Export of Broken Rice to Senegal through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) -reg
S.O. (E). – In exercise of powers conferred under Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Notification No. 46 dated 30.11.2023 read with Notification No. 15/2024-25 dated 05.06.2024 and Notification No. 42/2024-25 dated 05.12.2024 for the export of Broken Rice to Senegal through NOEL, as under: –
The time period for Export of Broken Rice (ITC(HS) 10064000) through NCEL to Senegal for the quantity(s) notified vide Notification No. 46 dated 30.11.2023 read with Notification No. 15/2024-25 dated 05.06.2024 and Notification No. 42/2024-25 dated 05.12.2024 has been further extended by 1 months up to 28th February 2025.
Effect of the Notification: Time period for Export of Broken Rice to Senegal through NOEL has been extended for 1 months up to 28th February 2025.
