Subject: Enlistment under Appendix 2E — Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin – (Non-Preferential) — reg.
F. No. 01/93/180/102/AM 16/PC-2(B)(E1710).- In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes the following agencies to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential):

Accordingly, name of the above agencies are added at Serial No.16 (Delhi), Serial No.14 (Gujarat) and Serial No. 10 (Andhra Pradesh) and Serial No.11 (Andhra Pradesh) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)) to Appendices & Aayaat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.
3. Effect of this Public Notice:
Indo Latin American Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi; Ahmedabad Export Import Development Association (AEIDA), Ahmedabad; Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation, Vijaywada and Telangana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hyderabad are enlists under Appendix 2E of FTP, 2015-2020 for issuing Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).
