Notification No. 80/2003-Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notifications of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs (Department of Revenue), No. 30/2003-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2003, vide G.S.R. 165 (E), dated the 1st March, 2003, No. 34/2003-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2003, vide G.S.R. 169 (E), dated the 1st March, 2003, and No. 35/2003-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2003, vide G.S.R. 170 (E), dated the 1st March, 2003, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
