Notification No. 22/2004-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A read with sub-section (6) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), and sub section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 69/2000-Customs, dated the 19th May, 2000, published in Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R. 466(E), dated 19th May, 2000.
