Notification No. 23/2000-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 22/99-Customs, dated the 28^th February, 1999, published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 158(E), dated the 28^th February, 1999.
