Notification No. 115/2013-Customs (N.T.)

G.S.R. 753(E)– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.78/2013-Customs (N.T.) issued vide G.S.R. No. 496 (E) dated the 19^th July, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. R.K Singla as the Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules.
