G.S.R. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs,(ICD), Tughlakabad, New Delhi to be the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Rajesh Enterprises and M/s. Surya Enterprises, 607, Ratan Joyti Building, Rajender Place, New Delhi issued vide DRl.F-No.50D/60/97-CI., dated the 3rd March, 2000 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
