Seeks to further amend notification No. 82/2017-Customs dated the 27th October, 2017 so as to omit a redundant entry at S. No. 31A vide Notification No. 11/2020-Customs dated 2nd February, 2020.

Notification No. 11/2020-Customs

New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2020

G.S.R. 71(E).—- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 82/2017-Customs, dated the 27th of October, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R.1341 (E), dated the 27th of October, 2017, namely: –

In the said notification, in the Table, serial number 31A and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

Note: The principal notification No.82/2017-Customs, dated the 27th October, 2017 was published vide number G.S.R.1341(E), dated the 27th October, 2017 and last amended by notification No. 58/2018-Customs dated the 7th August, 2018 published vide number G.S.R.754(E) dated the 7th August, 2018.
