In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad to be the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla for the purpose of adjudicating the following show cause notices issued to M/s Adani Exports and others by the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, namely ;-
