This notification imposes Anti-dumping duty on Pure Terephthalic Acid from Thailand and Indonesia.

Notification No. 100/2000-Customs

G.S.R. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with rule 23 of Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995, and consequent upon imposition of final anti-dumping duty on Pure Terephthalic Acid originating in, or exported from Korea RP, vide notification 99/2000-Customs, dated the 11th day of July, 2000 on the basis of final findings in review of the designated authority published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, section1, dated the 29th day of May, 2000, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 13/98-Customs, dated 28th April, 1998, namely:-
