S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Port), 15/1 Strand Road, Customs House, Kolkata, and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Eastern Enterprises Ltd, 53, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, M/s Eastern Silk Industries Ltd, 19, R.N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata, M/s Gemini Overseas Ltd , 18, R.N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata and others issued, vide, DRI. F.No. 88/KOL/APP/2004, dated the 11th May, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, 8. Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata – 700 071.
