S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla;
(ii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra;
(iii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Leo Timber (P) Ltd., Khasra No. 50/16, Assam Timber Market, Nangloi, Delhi-110041 and others issued, vide F.No. VIII/26/35/2013-DRI VIC dated the 13th June, 2014 by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
