Notification No. 63/2002-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962(52 of 1962) the following notifications issued by Central Government in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) regarding appointment of officers shall come into force with effect from 25th October, 2002 namely:-
(1) Notification No. 14/2002-Cus. (N.T.) dated 7th March, 2002 (G.S.R. 170 (E) dated 7th March, 2002).
(2) Notification No. 15/2002-Cus. (N.T.) dated 7th March, 2002 (G.S.R. 171 (E) dated 7th March, 2002).
(3) Notification No. 16/2002-Cus. (N.T.) dated 7th March, 2002 (G.S.R. 172 (E) dated 7th March, 2002).
(4) Notification No. 17/2002-Cus. (N.T.) dated 7th March, 2002 (G.S.R. 173 (E) dated 7th March, 2002).
