Notification No. 6/2005-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai, to act as, –

(i) Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Customs  House, Mumbai;

(ii)  Commissioner of Customs(Import), JNCH, Nhava Sheva;

(iii) Joint Commissioner of Customs, New Kandla Custom  House, Kandla; and

(iv) Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo   Complex, Mumbai,

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s Zandu Chemicals Ltd, 70, Gokhale Road (South), Dadar (West), Mumbai and Others, issued vide, F.No. DRI/BZU/G/01/2004, dated the 20th October, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
