Notification No. 59/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 4th June, 2015

S.O.(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Mundra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra;  and

(ii) the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Kandla , for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s  Arunachal Timber Traders (P) Ltd, B-116, Mansarovar Garden, New Delhi -110015  issued, vide F.No VIII/26/37/2013-DRI VIC,  dated the 30th  January, 2015 by the  Additional  Director, Directorate of Revenue  Intelligence, Zonal Unit,  Hyderabad.
