Notification No. 58/2016-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 27th April, 2016

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, C.R. Building, Mananchira, Calicut to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Willingdon Island, Cochin ;

(ii) the Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, C.R. Building, Mananchira, Calicut,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice issued to M/s Bluebell India Traders, 12/190, Razia Manzil, Pazhuvil P.O., Thrissur and other issued vide, F.No. S.14/05/2015- R&I Cus. dated the 15th October, 2015 by the Commissioner of Customs ( Preventive), Ernakulam.
