 S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner  of Customs and Central Excise, Hyderabad-II Commissionerate, Hyderabad to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Joint Commissioner of Customs, O/o the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s Subishi Traders, Plot No.  69/A, E.S Mansion Temple Rock Enclave, Tadbund ‘X’ Roads, Secunderabad – 500 009 and others  issued vide, F.No. VIII/26/06/2008-HRU, dated the 1st August, 2008, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Chennai.
