Notification No. 42/2006-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Customs House, Amritsar, to act as Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, Gujarat for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to the show cause notice issued vide F. No. 856(23)LDH/2004 dated the 31^st March, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi to M/s Vikas Industries, F-76, Phase-VII, Focal Point, Ludhiana and others.
