Notification No. 27/2006- Customs (N.T.)

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-rule (I) of the rule 3 of Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Thane II Commissionerate, Navprabhat Chambers, Ranade Road, Dadar (West), Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East) Mumbai and Commissioner of Central Excise, Thane I Commissionerate, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Arch Pharmalabs Ltd, 4^th Floor, H Wing, Tex Centre, Off Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Andheri(East), Mumbai and Others, issued vide F.No.DRI/BZU/F/3/2005, dated the 27^th September, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 1^st Floor, Construction House, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400038.
