Notification No. 22/2006-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs Ahmedabad to act as Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, Commissioner of Customs, Cochin, Commissioner of Customs, Chennai, and Commissioner of Customs Jamnagar for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s M.K. Industries, C-1/2, Ambikanagar Road, GIDC, Odhav, Ahmedabad and Others, issued vide F.No.DRI /AZU/INV-11A/2004, dated the 14th September, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit: “Rupen Bunglow”, Near Jain Merchant Society, Paldi – Vasna Road, Ahmedabad.
