Seeks to rescind notification 61/2000-Customs, dated 12.5.2000

Notification No. 22/2001-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 18/2000- Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.170 (E), dated the 1st March, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
