Notification No. 20/2006-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Mumbai, to act in respect of the matters specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) of the Table below as officers specified in corresponding entry in column (4) of the said Table for the purpose of adjudication and investigation of such matters , namely :-
