In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import). New Customs House, Mumbai, to act as Commissioner of Customs (General), Mumbai for imports cleared through Container Freight Station, Mulund and Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Kamala Mehta Charitable Trust, 1st floor, Khatau Mansion, Omar Park, Bhulabhai Desai Roar, Mumbai- 400036 issued vide DRI/BZJ/E/17/2003, dated the 24th September, 2003, by the Additional Director General Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. 1st floor. Construction House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400038.
