Notification No. 15/2005-Customs (N.T.)

 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai, to act as, –

(i) Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawahar Lal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Dist. Raigad, (Maharashra) ;
(ii) Commissioner of Customs,  Container Freight Station, Mulund; and
(iii) Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Mumbai,

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s Krishna Trading Co., 604, Centre Point, Ring Road, Surat and Others, issued, vide, F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-09/2004, dated the 28th October, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahemedabad.
