Notification No. 131/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 24^th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub­section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Patparganj, Village Ghazipur, Delhi, to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Commissioner of Customs(Preventive), West Bengal, Kolkata, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata­700001;

(ii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Port), Visakhapatnam, Custom House, Port Ara, Visakhapatnam-530035;

(iii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs & Central Excise, Nagpur-I, Telangkhedi Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur-44000 1;

(iv) the Commissioner of Customs-IV, Chennai, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001;

(v) the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kandla, Custom House, Near Balaji Temple, Kandla-370210;

(vi) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (General), Mumbai, Zone-I, New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-40000 1;

(vii) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot Patparganj and other Inland Container Depots, Delhi, Village-Gazipur, Near Gazipur Bus Depot, New Delhi;

(viii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal: Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra-400707, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to Shri Fahim Anwarbhai Zada, Proprietor, M/s Perfect Exports, H-3, Nishat Society, Adajan Patia, Rander Road, Surat, Gujarat, Pin-395009 and others issued vide show cause notice number 103/KOL/APP/201 1/Exporter/Pt- Exporter/perfect Exports/8038-8047, dated the 19^th March, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata.
