New Delhi, the 24th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub­section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner, Customs Commissionerate, Ahmedabad to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner, Customs Commissionerate, Custom House, Navrangpura, Near All India Radio, Ahmedabad;

(ii) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner, Customs Commissionerate, Custom House, Mundra;

(iii) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner-IV, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Pharmalab India Pvt. Ltd., Siddhivinayak Estate, Santej-Vadsar Road, Santej, Taluka Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar and others issued vide show cause notice number DRI/AZU/CI-2/ENQ-28(INT­08/14)/2014,dated the 1 9th June, 2015, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
