New Delhi, the 24th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub­section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-III Commissionerate to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-III Commissionerate, Custom House, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001;

(ii) the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-III Commissionerate, Mumbai Zone III, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400099, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Shri Grotex Trade Links Private Limited, Plot No. G-6, Cross Road, MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai­400093 and others issued vide show cause notice number VIII/26/238/201 1-DRI, dated the 6th May, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai.
