Notification No. 113/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 24th November, 2015

G.S.R. 916(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, JNCH to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I Commissionerate, Mumbai Customs Zone-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Uran, Dist.-Raigad­400707;

(ii) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, O/o the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri(East) Mumbai-400099, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Gem Corpochem Private Limited, No. 39/41, Ashok Chambers, 3rd Floor, Devji Ratanshi Marg, Masjid (E), Mumbai ­400099 and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-I/INT. 34/20 14, dated the 1 8th February,20 15 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai.
