G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance No.132/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 9th September, 2009 published vide number G.S.R. 652 (E), dated the 9th September, 2009, namely:-
In the said notification, in clause (i), in sub-clause (a), after the word “Jalpaiguri”, the word “Alipurduar” shall be inserted.
