G.S.R.(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance No. 79/20 14- CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 16th September, 2014, published vide number G.S.R. 656 (E), dated the 16thSeptember, 2014, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 1, in column (3), after item (vii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
“(viii) Commissioners of Customs (Preventive), Delhi.”.
