Notification No. 102/2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 07th November, 2014

G.S.R. (E)-. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance No. 77/20 14- Customs (N.T.), dated the 16th September, 2014, published vide number G.S.R. 654 (E), dated the 16th September, 2014, namely:-

In the Table to the said notification,-

(i) against serial number 14, in column (2), for the words “Chief Commissioner”, the word “Principal Chief Commissioner” shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 15, for the entries in column (2), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Chief Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar.”.

Note : The principal notification No. 77/2014-Customs (N.T.), dated the 16th September, 2014 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 654 (E), dated the 16th September, 2014.
