S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Mumbai – II  to act as the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva and  authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on such officer, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to  M/s Sai Shradha Exim Private Limited, 601-603, Anurag Business Centre, 6^th Floor, VTP Marg, Near Amar Cinema, Chembur, Mumbai – 400 071 and others, issued vide F.No. DRI/BZU/F/08/2005, dated the 22^nd  June, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 1^st Floor, Construction House, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400 038.
