Declaring airports at Delhi and Sahar, Mumbai (Bombay) as ‘customs airports for the purpose of Courier Imports and Exports Regulations

G.S.R. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares customs airports at Delhi and Sahar, Mumbai (Bombay) to be the ‘customs airports’ for the purpose of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2 of the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010
