Enactment of Finance Act, 2011 ( 8 of 2011)

Notification No. 53/2011-Customs (N.T.),

Dated the 28th July, 2011

G.S.R. 583(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Finance Act, 2011 (8 of 2011), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of August, 2011, as the date on which, the provisions of the said section shall come in to force.
