(E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 80/2010-Customs, dated the 10^th August, 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 665(E), dated the 10^th August, 2010, at page 5, in line 30, for the figure and letter “ 5B” read “5C” and in the table, under the column “Condition No.” for the figure and letter “5C”, read “5D”.
