Notification No. 01/2021-Customs (CVD)

New Delhi, the 1st February, 2021

G.S.R. 81(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), notification No. 02/2020 – Customs (CVD) dated 9th October, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub­section (i) vide number G. S. R. 623 (E), dated the 9th October, 2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

2. This notifications shall come into force on the 2nd February, 2021.
