Seeks to further amend Notification Nos. 52/2017- Customs dated 30.06.2017 and Notification No. 37/2017- Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, to remove entries which are being operated from the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act and certain redundant entries vide Notification No. 06/2022-Customs Dated 1st February, 2022 to give effect to Changes prescribed vide Union Budget 2022-23 i.e. Finance Bill 2022.

G.S.R. 80(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below, to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
