Notification No. 104/2010-Customs (N.T.), New Delhi, 31st December, 2010
S. O… (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 61/1994-Customs (N. T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: –
In the said notification in the Table, against serial number 15 relating to State of Tamil Nadu, in column (3), after the entry “Tiruchirapalli (c)” and entries relating thereto in column (4), the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-

loading of baggage” |
In the said notification, the aforesaid amendment shall be effective from January 1, 2011.
