Notification No. 25/2012-Customs (N.T.)

S. O… (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 64/1994-Customs (N. T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II , section 3, sub-section (ii) vide S. O. 831 ( E) dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the third proviso, for the words “all types of coal and limestone“, the words “all class of goods except containers , project imports, hazardous cargo and liquid cargo, but including carbon black feed stock and edible oil” shall be substituted.
