Notification No. 25/2005-Customs (N.T.)

In excercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification —-

(A) In the opening paragraph, after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

Provided also that Adoosa is appointed as Land Customs Station for the purpose of clearance of baggage.

(B) In the Table, against  serial number 7 relating to Pakistan, in column (3), after item number (13), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

(3)

“BARAMULLAH  DISTRICT

14. Adoosa.”.
