Notification No. 41/2008-Customs (N.T.)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No.40/2005-Customs(N.T.) dated the 13th May,2005 vide number G.S.R. 308(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i) dated the 13th May,2005.
2. In the said Notification, in the Table, Sl. No. 25 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

Note.- The principal notification No. 40/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 13th May,2005 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R. 308(E), dated the 13th May,2005 and it was lastly amended by Notification No.33/2008- Customs (N.T.) dated the 28th March,2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R. 233(E), dated the 28th March,2008.
