Notification No. 44/2006- Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification No. 39/2005-Customs (NT) dated the 13^th May, 2005, of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, namely:-

In the said Notification in the Table, for the entries under column (2) and (3) against S. No. 32, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Note:-    The principal notification No. 39/2005-Customs(NT) dated the 13^th May, 2005 was published vide number G.S.R 307(E), dated the 13^th May, 2005 and subsequently amended by notification no. 46/2005-Customs(NT), dated the 8^th June,2005 vide number G.S.R. 382(E), dated the 8^th June, 2005.
