Notification No. 37/2009-Customs (N. T.)

Dated the 24th March, 2009

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 21/2009-CUSTOMS (N. T.), dated the 25th February, 2009 [S.O. 549(E),  namely:-

In the SCHEDULE-I of the said Notification for Serial No. 1 & 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

SCHEDULE-I

The rates will be effective from 24th March, 2009.
