Notification No. 85/2005-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 106/2004-Customs (N.T.), dated the 23^rd September, 2004 which was published in the gazette of India, extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 637 (E) dated the 23^rd September, 2004, namely :-

In the said notification, in the Table, serial number 19 and the entries made    thereto shall be omitted.
