In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Export), Customs House, Tuticorin to act as Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Chennai Seaport, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Calicut, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Tirupur ICD, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai sea port, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Chennai Airport and Deputy Commissioner of Customs,Cochin Airport for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. First Garment Manufacturing Company (India) Private Ltd., Factory at Tiruppur and Registered office at N0. 4/135, Aruppukottai Main Road, Valayankulam , Madurai- 625022 issued vide F.No . INV/DGCEI/CHZU/34/ 2003, dated, the 6th August, 2003 by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence, South Zonal Unit, C-3, “C” wing, Rajaji Bhavan, Besant Nagar , Chennai-600090.
