Notification No. 17/2004-Customs (N.T)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30  of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 111/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T) dated the 19^th  December , 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R  956(E) dated the 19^th  December, 2003, namely:-

  In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word  “18^th  February, 2004 “, the figures, letters and words ” 1^st day of  May, 2004 ” shall be substituted.
