Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 – Rescission of all previous notifications appointing Director, Software Technology Parks of India-Bangalore as Development Commissioner of Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zones, in the State of Karnataka

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, the Central Government hereby rescinds all previous notifications appointing Director, Software Technology Parks of India-Bangalore as Development Commissioner of Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zones, in the State of Karnataka.
