New Delhi, the 27th June, 2016
S.O. 2214(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Finance Act, 2016 (28 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of June, 2016, as the date on which the provisions of Part I of Chapter XII of the said Act shall come into force.
